Elisabeth Wieduwild

Scientist ImCheck Therapeutics

Elisabeth Wieduwild, PhD, is a scientist at ImCheck Therapeutics, where she contributes to advancing immunotherapeutic strategies. With a strong academic foundation from her PhD at the Centre d’Immunologie de Marseille-Luminy (CIML) and a joint postdoctoral fellowship at CIML and the LAI in Marseille, Elisabeth brings deep expertise in immunology and translational research. Her transition to industry has expanded her impact as both a scientist and a project leader.

Characterising & Optimising Humanised Mouse Models to Empower Gamma-Delta Therapy Development
4:00 pm
  • Addressing the limitations of traditional mouse models for gamma-delta T cell studies and strategies for identifying or developing humanised mouse models
  • Optimising experimental variables—such as cell source, transfer method, and tumour type—to align with specific therapeutic objectives, from efficacy assessment to immune profiling
  • Implementing robust, foundational assays to evaluate gamma-delta T cell presence and activity following therapeutics, ensuring reliable data generation and efficient model characterisation
