All free-access bookings are subject to organiser approval. If eligibility criteria is not met, Hanson Wade retain the right to reject/cancel the registration. Paid registration will then be required to access the event.
Please note that a nominal fee of £0.50 will be charged upon booking, by our registration platform.
Hanson Wade reserves the right to charge "free-access" guests who do not attend the entirety of the reserved event a non-refundable charge of £100 if they fail to give 7 working days' notice of non-attendance.
