How to Submit Your Poster

  • You must first register your place to attend the 15th Tumour Models Summit London
  • Submit an abstract for consideration
  • Accepted posters will be displayed during the Scientific Poster Session
  • Authors will receive poster preparation guidelines following acceptance 
  • Scientific Poster Session: Wednesday 2nd December
  • Abstract Submission Deadline: Wednesday 18th November

T&Cs

  • Posters should not be used for sales and marketing purposes
  • Only submissions by pharma, biotech and academic researchers will be considered for the "Most Innovative Drug Developer & Researcher Poster Winner” award. To be eligible for the researcher or drug developer category, the group or individual must be from a biotech or pharma company or research institution that has a publicly available pipeline and/or does not offer pay-for-services
  • Only submissions by event partners will be considered for the "Most Innovative Vendor Poster Winner” award
  • If your company offers pay-for services, you will need to submit your poster request to our partnerships team - sponsor@hansonwade.com

All abstracts are subject to approval by the conference organizers, who reserve the right to reject submissions
